Proofs and Art Approval: As indicated on the Artwork Page, we will be happy to provide you with a PDF file draft, via e-mail, at no additional cost to you. Drafts and their reviews may add 2-3 days to the time required to prepare and produce your order.
Art Preparation Charges: If you need for us to prepare or modify your artwork for you, we can do this at a rate of $55.00 per hour (one hour minimum), and we will need to talk with you directly about your needs before proceeding.
Finishing: Any order requiring unusual die-cutting, laminating, or custom fabrication, will need to be discussed in advance of production and any additional costs determined and approved by you.
Special Order Materials: Any order requiring unusual materials that are unique to your special needs, may require some extra time for delivery to us before producing your order. This could delay your order going into production. We will usually notify you at the time of ordering if there will be any delays.
Turnaround & Estimated Delivery: Our average turnaround and delivery is estimated based on our normal production schedule. While we will try to give you an estimated print and ship date at the time of your order, this is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Please let us know of your required delivery date at the time of the order and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.
Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full before production can begin. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal as methods of payment.
Returns and Refunds: We want you to be satisfied with your completed order. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the completed work, please call us immediately. We may ask that you return the entire job or the unused portion of it to us; and, we will reproduce the job to your satisfaction or we may offer you an in-house credit to your account. We do not offer cash refunds or credits to credit cards.
