1. Can I request a quote for more than one item on the form provided?

Because all of the work we do is custom, we need to know all the details for that item and only that item on each form. Simply fill out a second form to get a quote on an additional item.

2. If I place an order, can I pay with a company check?

We accept only Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. All payments must be made in advance of our producing any order.

3. Can you design my product for me?

Yes. We charge $55.00 per hour , with a one hour minimum, for all design work we do. E-mail us or call us to discuss your needs.

4. Can I send you a compressed art file?

No. There are often changes that occur when uncompressing files which will distort your artwork. We want your finished product to be what you expected it to be.

5. Do you sell products not found on this web site?

Yes. If you have a specific need that you do not see on this site, please e-mail us or call us to get a special quote.

6. Do you have special discounts for charitable organizations?

No. We provide competitive prices everyday, and the more you buy of something, the cheaper it gets per piece.
